It's me!

My passion has always been working with people. HR can have a bad reputation and that is something I am here to change. Transparency, honesty and straightforwardness will always be my starting point. No matter the situation I am dealing with, I choose to be kind and fair to all concerned. I don't like scaring people with jargon and prefer to get to the nitty gritty. Added to that I like to have fun along the way.  I want to help to solve your HR problems before they become problems. Excellent leadership and management is key to culture, good HR and employee relations and overall productivity for everyone.  Through my coaching and training, I want to see more leaders flourish and find joy in and through whatever they are doing.  

I am a qualified Personal and Professional Coach through The Coaching Academy, accredited by the International Coaching Federation and an accredited Strengths Profile Coach.   I work with a wide range of people from solopreneurs, senior executives, entrepreneurs, people looking to find what they enjoy, looking to move upwards in their career and those who are new to leadership .  I can work on a one to one basis or with leadership and management teams.

Before starting my own business, I was HR Director at The BRIT School, a performing arts and technology school in the heart of South East London.  Over the years, I also worked for a number of charities who work in the UK and overseas. I'm a CIPD member and have a wealth of experience after working in HR for over 19 years. There is not much I have not been involved in; from organisational change to leadership and management training, disciplinary, policy provision and employee relations and a whole lot more! 

Currently I have the privilege of being a Trustee for the Baptist Union of Great Britain and a Trustee for CYM and I was formerly a Governor at Spurgeons College, London for 4 years.
